I suggest you ...

Place a short buffer on the time stamp.

I'll hear something profound, but by the time i'm able to click on the line or hit the enter key... that moment has passed and my comments now are for a space that was 1-2 seconds ago. I'd much rather click on the line and have it buffer to 3-5 seconds before that spot so I can either get some context or so that the video will at least align with what i'm trying to type in. Maybe this could be a small button option... like in Netflix they have a 10 second rewind...

        YES! When I click on a note to hear that point in the video, I then have to back the timeline tracker up to hear the note-worthy part. Very frustrating to do this over and over..
